We seek a Senior Manager, Envrionmental Remediation.
Management of environmental remediation projects and developing long-range remedial solutions to environmental investigations and property assessments to reduce environmental risks and protect company assets.
Senior Manager is responsible for the successful investigation, remedial project design, and implementation pursuant to regulatory agency and/or company direction on matters with significant legal and financial implications to the Company.
This person will be responsible for the project management and oversight of:
Responses and solutions related to CERCLA, RCRA corrective action, and hazardous waste treatment unit investigations, closures, and reporting with regulatory agencies and third parties to minimize regulatory impact and compliance issuesRemediation solutions that minimize regulatory impact and compliance damages related to real estate developmentA broad portfolio of corporate legacy sites in various stages of investigation and remediation as well as sites with multiple parties, cost allocations, and responsible party coordination committeesNegotiations with regulatory agencies and management of compliance with applicable orders, agency directives, and permits.
Financial assurance obligations for portfolio of sitesPosition will require up to 10% travel and management of environmental projects at multiple locations.
This position may be filled at this level or one level higher.
Salary:
$54.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
